OJ Pork Chops and Oriental String Beans




YUMMY! The only thing I'd do different if I made these pork chops again (p.94), is make more sauce to saturate the rice in. Super yummy. I used thin cut chops, so it only took mine about 1/2 hour to cook through after browning in delectable butter.

The green beans were so good that my kids asked for more, then more, then more (p 65). This meal definitely satisfied all members of the family. I love green beans a little bit crunchy, and this recipe goes very well with that style of green bean. Both the chops and the green beans went well with a hearty helping of rice.
